Privacy Notice
Effective date: 28 September 2026
1. Who we are
This notice is issued by Corelane Limited, with its registered office at 1 Navarinou, 4044 Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are responsible, as controller, for the personal information described in this notice.
Our website at corelane.ltd (the “Site”) is a corporate presence only. It tells you about us and how to reach us. We do not sell anything through the Site, we do not offer services to visitors, and there is nothing to sign up for. As a result, we handle very little information about the people who visit it (“you”).
2. What this notice covers
This notice explains what we collect when you visit the Site or write to us at an address shown on it, why we collect it and what you can do about it. It does not cover information we handle in the course of our business dealings with shareholders, investee companies, suppliers or other counterparties; separate terms apply to those relationships. Nor does it cover websites run by others that the Site may link to.
3. Information we collect
When you browse. Like almost every website, the Site’s hosting systems automatically keep a record of each visit. That record may include your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the page you came from, the pages you open and the time of your visit. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
When you contact us. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, your email address, the organisation you represent and the content of your message and any attachments.
We do not ask for, and would prefer you did not send us, sensitive information (for example about health, beliefs, or criminal matters) or confidential information belonging to someone else.
4. Why we use it
We use this information only to:
- keep the Site running, find and fix technical faults and protect it against attacks and misuse;
- read and reply to your message and deal with any follow‑up that you request; and
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations and protect our legal position if a dispute arises.
Where the law requires us to identify a legal ground, we rely on your consent (which you give by choosing to contact us), on steps you have asked us to take, on our legal obligations and, where the applicable law recognises it, on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering correspondence. We will not send you marketing, build a profile of you or make automated decisions about you.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only those cookies that are strictly needed for it to load and work securely. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Site may then not work properly. If we ever start using non‑essential cookies, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
6. Who we share it with
We share your information only where needed, and only with: our hosting, IT and email providers, who act on our instructions; our lawyers, auditors and administrators; companies in our group, if your message concerns them; public authorities or courts, where the law requires; and any buyer or successor of our business. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
7. Where your information is processed
Our providers may store or access information in countries other than your own. When that happens, we make sure the transfer is lawful and, where required, protected by recognised safeguards such as adequacy findings or standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
Server logs are kept only for a short period and then overwritten. Correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and after that only as long as the law requires or as needed to deal with potential claims.
9. Keeping it secure
The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the information described here is limited to people who need it. While we take reasonable care, no system connected to the internet can be made completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you (including, where they apply, the EU and UK GDPR), you may be entitled to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, or to withdraw a consent you have given. To make a request, email us at info@corelane.ltd. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will reply within the period the law allows.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country or in the country where we are established. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
11. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete any such information we discover we have received.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The version on the Site, with the effective date shown at the top, is always the current one.
